Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Contract Implementation: Oversee the commissioning and execution of contracts for services, including VCSE IAG, customer services, and cultural services.
  • Social Impact Strategy: Drive the social impact strategy and its delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with the Voluntary and Community sector, Arts Council, and other key partners.
  • Contract Management: Ensure robust contract management and service delivery that promotes community cohesion and values diversity.
  • Strengthening Communities: Collaborate with internal and external services to implement the Strengthening Communities Strategy in line with the Plan.
  • Customer Service Improvement: Develop and implement the Customer Service Improvement strategy and work program.
  • Service Transformation: Drive service delivery transformation while managing resources within budget.
  • Community Engagement: Innovate ways to connect and engage with customers and communities, enhancing the reputation and leadership.
  • Cultural Strategy: Maximize the impact of cultural heritage and support the cultural strategy.
  • Alternative Delivery Models: Explore opportunities for income-generating delivery models that promote independence and reduce subsidies.
  • Policy Engagement: Actively participate in local, regional, and national agendas to ensureF influence in strategic policy shaping.
  • Commercial Approach: Maintain a commercial focus in service transformation and resource management.
  • Flexible Work Hours: Attend meetings and events outside normal hours as needed, managing work-life balance flexibly.
