Location: Kingston (Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home)Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver innovative products.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product strategy.
- Prioritize product features and requirements based on business goals and user needs.
- Monitor product performance and iterate to ensure continuous improvement.
- Drive the growth of the brand alongside developing a marketing strategy with a product range in collaboration with the sales and marketing departments.
- Ensure the product complies with the brand and achieves set key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision making.
- Ideally 3+ years’ experience in product management, such as product or marketing executive with a focus on product management.
- Analytical, innovative, and creative with first-class interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze consumer data to determine suitable product offerings and their positioning.
