We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our dynamic Client in Kingston. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of cargo charters from enquiry to completion. This role is ideal for a sales-driven individual with a background in the aviation industry and a track record of managing client relationships.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Liaise with clients to identify requirements and provide tailored aircraft solutions.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key clients and new business leads to maximise opportunities and client loyalty.
  • Manage all operational aspects of cargo charters, from the first enquiry to the trip’s completion.
  • Negotiate with clients to procure the best value for the company and our airline partners.
  • Provide timely, detailed, and accurate offers to clients and work towards booking confirmation.
  • Ensure all contracts, insurance, and regulatory matters are accurate and legally compliant.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business in new and existing markets, including visiting potential clients and developing new business through networking and cold calling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in a sales role with previous sales experience.
  • Vocational experience within the aviation industry, preferably with a background in broking or working in a commercial department with a cargo airline/GSA.
  • Knowledge of the aviation market and aircraft types.
  • Strong client/supplier relationship management skills, with the ability to manage relationships with demanding customers professionally.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to anticipate requirements and obstacles.
  • Ability to work independently and as a strong team player.
  • High level of administrative skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tenacious, adaptable, and responsive to feedback and change.
