Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. On call, 1 week in every 6-8 weeks £300, extra for call outs.

Kingston University Services Company (KUSCO) provide a comprehensive repair and maintenance service for systems, plant and equipment on Kingston University sites.

Building Engineer - About the role:

We are seeking a skilled Building Engineer to join our team, to carry out PPMs to the site, utilising the PDA and Planon system and help keep the university operational.

Responsibilities

Plumbing issues, keeping the facilities operational, completing PPM's
Utilising mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair systems
Understanding logic controllers and interpreting building drawings
Supervising maintenance tasks and contractors
Resolving technical issues which arise
Delivering exceptional customer service to Kingston University Students and Staff

Building Engineer - Candidate Specification:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our building systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.

Maintenance: 5 years (preferred)
A keen team player.
Proficient in English for effective communication
Possess mechanical knowledge
Experience with logic controllers and interpreting building O&M's
Work on your own, carry out maintenance activities, completing PPM's
Excellent customer service skills to interact with building occupants.
Driving Licence (preferred)
