A reputable M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee healthcare projects in South West London. You’ll manage mechanical packages, including plumbing, pipework, and ventilation, on projects worth around £3 million.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Oversee mechanical works, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring quality and safety.
• Manage client relationships, providing updates and progress reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining a safety-first approach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the M&E sector.
• Strong background in commercial & education projects.
• Expertise in plumbing, pipework, and ventilation.
• Ability to manage projects valued at £3 million.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
