Join our dynamic and cheerful team as a Pod Party Host at YMCA St Paul's Group, where your passion for creating memorable experiences will shine.Your role is pivotal in ensuring that each pod party is a delightful and well-coordinated event, bringing joy and excitement to children and their families. You will be the heart of these gatherings, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.Your role is diverse and engaging, covering tasks from setting up the party area and maintaining cleanliness to ensuring all guests' enjoyment and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Create Unforgettable Experiences: You will set the scene for joyous celebrations, ensuring the pod is pristine and inviting. Your attention to detail will help craft a perfect environment for memorable parties.

Engage andConnect:Your excellent communication skills will enable you to interact effectively with families, ensuring their needs are met and their party experience is joyous.

TeamCollaboration:Work harmoniously with our Health and Well-Being staff and volunteers, promoting effective teamwork to create a seamless party experience.

Events and Services:Be an ambassador for our services, informing guests about upcoming events and offerings within the Children and Families department.

Health and Safety:Conduct daily health and safety checks and adhere strictly to our policies, ensuring a safe environment for all partygoers.

Continuous Improvement:Attend training and development programs, team meetings, and one-to-one meetings to enhance your skills and contribution to the team.
