We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic client's team based in Kingston. This role is ideal for someone with experience or a keen interest in the tech/telecoms industry. As a Sales Support Executive, you will provide critical support to the Partner Account Manager and assist partners in our entry tier, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

This position is offering hybrid remote working and is interviewing immediately!

  • Create and manage quotes for new orders, and convert these into sales orders upon partner approval.
  • Handle the termination of contracts, including verification of contract details and early termination fees.
  • Manage partnership and non-disclosure agreements, assisting in provisioning new agreements or amendments as required.
  • Contribute to sales process improvement projects to enhance productivity and the overall sales experience.
  • Address general queries from partners regarding usage and connectivity 
  • Assist with product recommendations and provide pricing for solutions that meet partner needs.
  • Guide partners in using our self-service portal for information access.
  • Prepare reports on partners’ contract end dates and provide necessary information.
  • Support the Partner Account Manager by maintaining CRM records, updating partner information, and tracking account activities to ensure data accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Educational background in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong commitment to delivering a high level of partner satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional approach.
  • High attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is advantageous.
  • Basic data analysis skills for preparing reports and tracking account health.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
