The Construction Project Manager Role

In this critical role, the Construction Project Manager will focus on the Healthcare sector, managing mid-to-large scale healthcare projects. The role demands a professional who is adept at handling the full project lifecycle, from the initial stages of project conception through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee substantial healthcare projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and industry standards.
  • Manage the entire project life cycle, from initiation to completion.
  • Conduct thorough on-site front-end due diligence assessments to ensure project feasibility and success.
  • Oversee pre-contract activities, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Manage the phased progression of the construction process, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

The Construction Project Manager

  • Professional chartering (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or the intention to achieve such status.
  • A Bachelor's degree in project management or a related equivalent qualification.
  • Substantial experience in Construction Consultancy.
  • Specific experience working in the Healthcare sector, showcasing expertise in this area.
  • A valid UK driving license for operational flexibility and site visits.
