The practice boasts excellent staff retention with a lot of long serving staff resulting in a friendly and supporting working environment with a real family feel. The work is predominantly NHS work but with ample opportunity to grow private work, of which the dentist takes 50%. The days available are Mon/Thurs or Wed/Fri and working hours are 8 until 5.
