Gilmartins are looking to recruit an experiencedDomestic Groundworker (fencing, repairing brickwork, laying paving slabs). The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing.

The work will be across the following post code areas: GU, KT, RG, WD and HP
Properties are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.
We are looking for someone who lives central to these areas and is willing to travel and work across the post codes.
Experienced Domestic Groundworker (fencing, repairing brickwork, laying paving slabs):
The role is to -
- Carry out property repairs and maintenance works social housing
- Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job
Requirements for Job:
Full UK driving license not EU licence
Own tools
Experience of working in social housing ideally
DBS certificate
CSCS card ideally
