About the Role:Long Term Futures is seeking a dedicated and flexible Nursery Nurse to join a thriving primary school in Claygate, Kingston Upon Thames (KT10). This role is based in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

The role offers flexible shift patterns, with the earliest start at 7:00 am and the latest finish at 6:00 pm, requiring adaptability and commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and education to children in the EYFS, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment
  • Work closely with children with SEN, tailoring support to meet their individual needs
  • Assist in planning and delivering activities that support children's development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment, adhering to safeguarding and health and safety policies
  • Collaborate with the wider EYFS team to deliver a consistent and high-quality learning experience
  • Adapt to shift patterns, ensuring availability for early and late shifts

What We're Looking For:

  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent (mandatory)
  • Experience working in an EYFS setting, ideally within a school or nursery
  • Confidence and skills to support children with SEN, adapting to their individual needs
  • A flexible and proactive attitude to meet the demands of shift patterns
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
