About the Role:Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, Teaching Assistant, or have the necessary qualifications to thrive in an EYFS environment? If so, this exciting opportunity could be perfect for you!

Long Term Futures is working with a mainstream primary school in Kingston Upon Thames, KT13, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to support children in Nursery and Reception classes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a welcoming school with opportunities to make a real impact on young learners.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Nursery and Reception students in their developmental learning
  • Assist class teachers in delivering creative and engaging lessons
  • Set up stimulating and imaginative learning environments for young learners
  • Deliver 1:1 support for students with SEN and lead small group interventions to promote academic and personal growth

What We're Looking For:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or Teaching Assistance (essential)
  • Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or primary school setting
  • Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly in the early years
  • A patient, proactive, and bubbly personality, with a passion for supporting young learners
  • An enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
