Are you ready to make a difference in the world of care? Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Home Manager to join their team at a care home near Houndslow. This is a unique opportunity to drive a dedicated team in a stunning location, providing exceptional residential, nursing, and dementia care. This role is commutable from Houndslow, Wimbledon, Molesey and surrounding areas.

With an annual salary of 80,000 - 85,000 including bonus potential OTE 100,000+ , this role offers a rewarding package. You'll enjoy 35 days of annual leave, including bank holidays, and a supportive environment that values your professional growth. Plus, there's a generous employer pension contribution of 5% of your base salary.

As a Home Manager, you'll:

  • Manage the overall running of a medium sized Nursing Home
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are met.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • Engage with residents, families, and the wider community to promote a positive environment.
Package and Benefits:

The Home Manager will receive:

  • An annual salary of 85,000, including bonus potential (OTE 100,000+)
  • 35 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.
  • 4 weeks of paid company sick pay.
  • Employer pension contributions of 5% of base salary.
  • A total reward package valued at 126,030, with additional benefits detailed upon request.
The ideal Home Manager will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within an elderly nursing home setting
