As a Home Manager, you'll:
- Manage the overall running of a medium sized Nursing Home
- Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are met.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Engage with residents, families, and the wider community to promote a positive environment.
The Home Manager will receive:
- An annual salary of £85,000, including bonus potential (OTE £100,000+)
- 35 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.
- 4 weeks of paid company sick pay.
- Employer pension contributions of 5% of base salary.

- Proven experience in a similar role within an elderly nursing home setting
