Our client is an FM Service Provider with a variety of clients in its portfolio. It is currently looking to hire a Maintenance Electrician for a retail site in Kingston-Upon-Thames.
As the Maintenance Electrician, you will work on a rotating shift pattern (earlies and lates) and be the sites main Maintenance Electrician, you will work alongside a Fabric Technician. Your main duties will include planned and reactive maintenance to lighting, power, changing ballasts, changing filters, PPMs on AHU and FCU.
The successful Maintenance Electrician must be qualified to 18th edition level and have strong communication skills.
