Our Pastry Team supports the production of a consistently high standard of patisserie, contributing to a fantastic customer experience. With exceptional attention to detail, the team is passionate about creating exciting and innovative new products to showcase to our customers.
Our Pastry Sous Chefs are a vital part of the kitchen teams, training and mentoring the Line Chefs, ensuring the quality of food delivered is consistently high.
About you

- A proven track record in producing high-quality restaurant food is essential.
- A proven track record in working with Pastry is essential
- Excellent skills and product knowledge as well as awareness of food trends.
- Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous ways of working.
- Passionate about food with the aptitude to learn and adapt to new and different ways of working.
