An accounts practice based in Kingston are looking for a switched on and organised Administrator to join their growing team.

The client is looking for someone who is really efficient, motivated and someone super organised.

The main purpose of an Administrator role is to:

  • Review entries on to the system
  • Fire and safety checks.
  • Order of supplies for the office
  • Update log for CPD training
  • Arranging events
  • Booking courses
  • Arranging/ renewing insurance
  • Arranging/ renewing fee protection policy
  • Update PD logs
  • Update list for master for new clients remove old ones
  • Attendance emails where relevant
  • Annual ICAEW returns and general admin
  • AML annual training arrange and logs
  • Manage company subscriptions
  • Provide invoices to accounts dept as requested
  • Update control sheet and job management.
  • Chasing and managing the jobs with Outsourcer
  • Responsible for compiling dormant and non-trading accounts.
  • Completion of adhoc admin tasks for the team such as new PAYE starter forms or registration forms
  • Check the master for any updates that are required:
  • Any new clients added, information will need to be added and agent authorisation requested
  • Any missing agent authorisation need chasing
  • Birthday cards for clients and team
  • Update the master for KPI - client numbers

Administrator Specification:

  • To be local to Kingston
  • Driven to complete tasks in an efficient manner
  • Tech savvy - there are lots of different portals and softwares the company uses
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy and organisation
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
