Behaviour Mentor | What We Offer:

Behaviour Mentor | Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEMH and behavioural needs
Implement behaviour management strategies alongside teaching staff
Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere
Help students overcome behavioural barriers to learning and reach their potential
Collaborate with staff to develop and monitor behaviour support plans

Behaviour Mentor | Ideal Candidate:

A degree in Psychology from a top 20 university
A passion for supporting children with challenging behaviours and SEMH needs
Strong communication, empathy, and behaviour management skills
Previous experience working with children, especially in a school or child-centred setting, is desirable
