A Construction Consultancy is seeking a Senior Principal Designer with proven expertise in client-facing responsibilities, this comes of the back of an exciting new project portfolio. With a strong track record of delivering high-quality service to an impressive client base, this consultancy is happy to provide as much support as possible to the correct individual. They foster a fun, social office environment, where you'll work 2-3 days per week. This role includes a clear path to an Associate Director position, as the consultancy values internal promotions.

The Senior CDM Consultant Role

As a Principal Designer, you will confidently lead meetings and manage all design safety risks within your portfolio. Supported by a team of CDM Advisors and Architects, you'll focus on technical delivery and client satisfaction in this client-facing role.

Key Requirements for the CDM Principal Designer Role:

  • NEBOSH Construction qualification (essential)
  • Tech IOSH membership (minimum)
  • APS membership (essential)
  • Degree level qualifcation: Archiecture/Engineering/H&S (Preffered)
  • At least 4 years of experience in CDM Principal Design
