Senior Duty ManagerPrivate Health & Fitness Club, South West London£32,000 & superb benefits  An exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the smooth day to day running of a private health and fitness club as Senior Duty Manager in a beautiful area of South West London! My client is a state of the art health and fitness operator. They have a fantastic fitness and group exercise product and require a dedicated and passionate Senior Duty Manager who is focused on ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for members.  The main responsibilities of the Senior Duty Manager are:
  • Oversee the smooth running of all departments including the gym, swimming pool, F&B, squash courts, nursery, reception, beauty services and cleaning
  • Share Line Manager responsibilities for Reception and Cleaning teams with another Senior Duty Manager
  • Ensure health and safety compliance across all areas
  • Act as the primary point of contact for members, staff and visitors during your shift
  • Address member feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
The candidate:
  • A positive and proactive attitude is a must
  • Strong understanding of health and fitness operations
  • Supervisory or managerial experience in leisure or hospitality
  • First Aid and Defibrillator certified
  • NPLQ or Emergency Responder qualification preferred
