Are you looking to move from nursery into Primary Schools?

Do you have a Level 3 in Childcare or Early Years Education?

We currently have an exciting job opportunity with an excellent partner school based in Kingston! As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be essential in ensuring equal access to education from young students very first days in the classroom. The role will see you supporting the teacher in the delivery of the EYFS curriculum, aiming to create a genuine curiosity for learning within the class.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the teacher within a mainstream classroom to deliver the EYFS Curriculum.
  • Introduce fun activities and games to promote socialisation and inclusivity.
  • Dynamically adapt your support techniques to fit the needs of SEN students.
  • Assist in communicating with students' parents as needed, providing student feedback.

  • Experience working with foundation age students.
  • A passion and enthusiasm for working with SEN students.
  • Excellent communication skills and patience.
  • A committed approach to improving inclusivity and accessibility in education.
