Job Title: Junior Sous Chef
Our client is a stunning luxury boutique hotel based in the suburbs of London, near to Kingston Upon Thames. We are actively recruiting for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to support the Head and Sous Chef in the smooth running of this multi award-winning operation. They have a modern British restaurant and ample function space for private dining/events. The successful Junior Sous Chef will be working a 4-day week.

Junior Sous Chef Requirements:
- The ideal Junior Sous Chef will be living within a good commute to the likes of SW/W London.
- Previous experience having working at a similar level within a food led operations.
- An ambitious, reliable and creative Junior Sous Chef that is adept to running kitchen sections.
