Role:

Oversee the pre-launch planning and setup of the site
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team

What We're Looking For:

Proven General Manager or Senior Operations experience in: Gaming, Arcades, Leisure, or Hospitality

A track record of successful venue openings or relaunches
Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills
Commercial acumen – confident in hitting targets and driving growth
High attention to detail with a focus on safety, service, and standards
A passion for entertainment and delivering unforgettable experiences!
