Tradewind Recruitment are working alongside a great Boys School in Kingston which is an 11-18, fully inclusive boys' school. The School have a role for the summer term with a view to going perm for the right Teacher.

Key responsibilities*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons.*Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.*Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.*Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and productive space.*Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.Requirements*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).*A degree in Business or a related field.*Experience teaching Design & Tech at secondary school level.*Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Business Studies.*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities*Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
