We are working with a University based in South West London to recruit a HR Advisor. The post holder will be responsible for supporting employee relations casework and will provide expert advice on UK employment law to stakeholders.

Hourly rate: £22.41 - £24.09
Hours per week: 37
Location: South West London (hybrid working – 3 day in office, 2 days working from home)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist directorates and faculties with a staff headcount of 1,000 employees
- Provide HR Advisory support to the directorate
- Support the Senior HR Advisor on complex employee relations casework
- Providing supporting with absence management and grievances
- Ensure compliance with employment law and university policies
- Organise and facilitate drop-in sessions for management to share knowledge on employment law, covering both employee and employer perspectives
- Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters
Requirements:
- CIPD qualified professional
- Proven experience leading for supporting employee relations cases
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law
