Role: IT Field Service ManagerLocation: South London (Home based - 3-4 days per week on client sites)Salary: £50,000 to £60,000, Profit Share, 32 Days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
We are looking for a technically hands-on IT Field Engineering/Service Manager to lead a small team of field Engineers and 1st /2nd line IT support.
The company are an MSP that are part of a successful digital agency, and the majority of the clients you will support are well-established digital agency customers. Most are based within the Richmond, Slough Farnham triangle.
You will be hands-on alongside the field engineers you manage and will be working on support and leading projects with time on client sites expected to be three to four days each week.
Experience
You will be a technical manger that loves to be hands-on and is looking for a mix of leading and developing a small team and getting involved in support issues as well as leading key infrastructure projects.
- You will have experience of working for an MSP
- Technically you will have both on-prem and cloud experience - server 2016-2022 and Azure.
- We would also expect you to have decent networking knowledge - VLAN's DNS, Firewalls.
- We would also expect you to have experience in technologies such as VMWare and SolarWinds.
