As a Stock Controller, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient stock management to support our operations and growth.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Ensure all orders are placed, confirmed by suppliers, and delivered within agreed timeframes.
  • Follow booking-in processes and procedures correctly, ensuring all deliveries are booked and available as live stock in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile stock on arrival and flag any issues with quality, quantity delivered, or pricing with suppliers.
  • Maintain correct date rotation of products.
  • Work with the senior management team on seasonal and yearly planning of our stock holding replenishment and costs.
  • Monitor overstocks and wastage.
  • Assist with rework of stock where required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc operational duties as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good numeracy and IT skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a keen eye for detail.
  • Degree level qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience, ideally in a similar role within an FMCG company.
