- Handle all aspects of property transactions
- Maintain client files and documents through effective use of case management systems.
- Deliver excellent client care, developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Achieve billing targets in line with agreed objectives.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and contribute to the team’s development.
- Minimum of 2 years' PQE in residential property law.
- A solid understanding of property transactions and experience using case management software.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and accurately.
- Highly organised and familiar with regulatory compliance.
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A team player with a client-focused approach and strong relationship-building skills.
