- Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold and freehold transactions, and more.
- Advise clients on residential property law, including conveyancing, property disputes, and complex legal issues.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional client service, maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Keep up to date with developments in residential property law and the wider legal landscape.
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in residential property law.
- Strong experience in managing a variety of residential property matters, with a keen understanding of the conveyancing process.
- Excellent communication and client care skills, with a proven ability to build relationships.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of current property law and regulations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure is highly desirable.
