My client is a reputable and dynamic law firm currently seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in South West London.Role Overview:As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will play a key role in managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, providing expert legal advice and support to clients. You will be responsible for assisting clients through the buying, selling, and remortgaging process, as well as handling any related legal issues.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold and freehold transactions, and more.
  • Advise clients on residential property law, including conveyancing, property disputes, and complex legal issues.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional client service, maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Keep up to date with developments in residential property law and the wider legal landscape.
About You:
  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in residential property law.
  • Strong experience in managing a variety of residential property matters, with a keen understanding of the conveyancing process.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills, with a proven ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of current property law and regulations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure is highly desirable.
