About the Role:
As a Learning Mentor, you will provide vital support to students in need of guidance and encouragement. Working closely with both teachers and parents, you will help students improve their academic performance, boost their self-esteem, and overcome any barriers to learning. Your role will focus on developing positive relationships, promoting a growth mindset, and ensuring that every student has the tools they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students, helping them overcome learning and emotional challenges.
  • Foster positive relationships with students to boost confidence and engagement in their education.
  • Work with teachers to identify and address individual student needs and goals.
