An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to support our client's Litigation Solicitor. This role is ideal for someone who has experience working with private clients or is in the process of completing SQE2 papers. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks including preparing legal documents, conducting research, and managing a caseload of clients.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence with attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support cases.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, handling phone calls, and maintaining and organising files.
  • Provide accurate quotes to clients and ensure clear communication regarding legal fees.
  • Interview clients and witnesses to gather pertinent information.
  • Offer legal information to clients under the supervision of the Litigation Solicitor.
  • Attend court proceedings when required.
  • Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring that each case is handled efficiently and with a high level of service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working with private clients or currently completing SQE2 papers.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in the use of legal database software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.
