We are looking for a Client Onboarding Administrator to join our Clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of KYC and AML regulations, experience in managing complex caseloads, and a great eye for detail. Previous experience in the legal industry is desirable but not essential.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage and oversee the onboarding of new clients, ensuring all processes are followed accurately.
  • Handle complex caseloads efficiently, maintaining high levels of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough KYC and AML checks in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update client information within our case management systems.
  • Work closely with legal professionals to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in database management and administration.
  • Knowledge of KYC and AML regulations.
  • Ability to manage complex caseloads with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Legal industry experience is desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
