A well-regarded membership organisation based in lovely offices close to the river in Kingston is now looking for a temporary CRM Administrator to join the team! This role will provide admin support to the organisation’s wider membership team, handling the processing of new memberships and renewals while assisting with any member enquiries. This is a temporary role working on core working hours of 9:00am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday with no evening or weekend work. As the new CRM Administrator, you will:

  • Support the management and processing of new, existing and gift membership applications adhering to the organisation’s defined processes.
  • Process member’s data from a generic email inbox onto the organisation’s CRM system
  • Ensure customer data is processed according to data privacy rules and the organisation’s processes.
  • Support the wider team with the delivery of member events and other activities.

As the new CRM Administrator, you should have:

  • Prior experience in an in-office administration role.
  • Prior experience using CRM systems.
  • Good customer service skills, ideally but not necessarily gained from a hospitality or membership organisation.
  • Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office - in particular experience using Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
