We are seeking a Marketing Assistant for a one-month temporary cover role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with website content management systems (CMS) and newsletter building platforms like Salesforce.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage content on company websites using Umbraco CMS, coordinating new content builds and updates in sync with the Product Team.
- Update pricing, products, and special offers on company websites.
- Engage with audiences on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Manage and generate new ideas for blog content, including series such as “Day in the Life”
- Create and distribute weekly newsletters for the company as part of the Brand and Co-marketing programme.
- Handle brochure requests and manage stock fulfilment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proficient in using CMS, preferably Umbraco.
- Experienced in using Salesforce or equivalent platforms for newsletter creation.
- Strong skills in social media engagement and content management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexible working with the option to work from the Kingston office up to 2 days per week.
- Exposure to dynamic marketing strategies and digital content management.
