The Role

  • Providing outstanding leadership for care staff
  • Supporting residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels
  • Provide clinical nursing to residents including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures, e.g. wound care, catheter management
  • Continuously strive towards ensuring clinical excellence within the home
  • Developing tailored care plans to delivering excellence across everything you

A few things will be essential to be successful in this role, and these are:

  • A Nursing qualification recognised by the UK NMC.
  • A valid UK NMC PIN and registration to practice as Registered General Nurse(RGN)/Learning & Disability Nurse (RNLD)/Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as assisting residents with their mobility

We are looking for anRGN Qualified Nursewith excellent clinical skills in complex care including

  • Peg feeds(Not Essential)
  • Ventilators(Not Essential)
  • Tracheostomy management(Not Essential)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday
  • 10 hour shifts
  • 12 hour shifts

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
