As an RGN on a bank contract, you will have the freedom to choose your shifts, allowing you to manage your work-life balance while still providing vital care to our residents.
Hours:Flexible, Zero-Hours Contract - Days/ Night Shifts
Shifts: 8-8 OR 7-7
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care for patients with tracheostomies.
- Monitor and manage complex care needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Adhere to all clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
What Were Looking For:
- NMC registered RGN with proven tracheostomy experience.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
