An established organisation in West London is now looking for a temporary Administrator to join the team on a project basis! This is an immediate start, temporary and in-office position in a great business, paying a competitive rate of £14 per hour plus holiday pay!

This company is based in great offices in West London - close to public transport links - and working closely with an exceptionally welcoming and diverse team. The company holds regular optional socials and company events to ensure you settle in quickly and comfortably. You’ll be close to plenty of great pubs, restaurants, shops and great routes for a lunchtime walk - perfect for summer! The position includes Free parking and Free Lunch !

As the successful Administrator, you will:

  • Oversee System Integrations: Ensure seamless daily, weekly, and monthly integrations between the ticketing system, CRM, and finance systems to support business operations.
  • Maintain Data Accuracy & Compliance: Lead regular data cleaning efforts to uphold GDPR compliance, improve data quality, and ensure data security.
  • Enhance Processes & Reporting: Recommend and implement process improvements for greater efficiency, while developing advanced reporting capabilities for the membership team using tools like Power BI.
  • Manage Direct Debit & Payment Processes: Deliver accurate monthly Direct Debit submissions, resolve subscription or Gift Aid issues, and liaise with the Finance team and external partners as needed.
  • Support CRM & Membership Functions: Run CRM data queries, provide technical support for ticketing and member events, and develop detailed process guides for critical membership operations.
  • Engage with Members: Assist with member queries, resolve issues, and support the planning and delivery of member events to enhance the overall experience.

As the successful Administrator, you should have

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong eye for detail
  • Good Excel skills
  • Ideally experience with data visualisation tools - such as PowerBI
