Overview:We are seeking a proactive and organised School Office Manager to join our team in Kingston upon Thames. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school office, supporting both staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including administration, communication, and record-keeping.
  • Oversee student admissions, attendance, and enrollment processes using SIMS.
  • Maintain accurate student and staff records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events for staff and administration.
  • Handle correspondence and inquiries from parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with financial processes, including budgeting and procurement.
