ROLE PURPOSE
Our client is currently looking for an Apprenticeship Manager/ Operations Manager to join their Apprenticeship Team.
As a member of the Apprenticeship Management Team, the post holder will have responsibility for Apprenticeships in the School of Science, Technology, Engineering & Professional (STEP) Construction. This is a key role ensuring that current and future apprentices receive a first-class experience that enables them to progress and attain their qualifications at high levels and to develop long-lasting learning and employability skills.
Within this role, you will follow up on any apprenticeship enquiries including employer enquiries and IAG for parents and prospective apprentices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with the curriculum team on delivery programs, you will also support and collaborate with the Group Apprenticeship Team Leader and Apprenticeship Administrators to ensure there is clear coordination of the sign-up process and its accuracy and compliance of the paperwork.
You will keep abreast of all Apprenticeship standards, as well as monitoring programmes within this area of work, taking responsibility for the apprenticeship journey, ensuring that outstanding timely completions are achieved.
You will be required to support improved performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the organisation through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
The post holder will be responsible for liaising and supporting curriculum with the operational leadership and management of the Apprenticeship provision. This includes ensuring good people and resource management practices, successful achievement of qualifications as well as the overall learning, progression and experience of Apprentices and Employers.
