Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that align with the KS2 curriculum, fostering a love for learning.

Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, respectful behavior, and a sense of belonging.

Assessment: Regularly assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to cater to individual learning needs.

Parental Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences to support students' growth and development.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, contribute to school-wide initiatives, and promote a cohesive and supportive school community.
Qualifications and Skills:

Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and possess relevant qualifications in primary education.

Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2 is preferred but not essential for exceptional candidates.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
