Overview

As Team Admin Support, you will be joining the new and growing team of 2 within Medical Affairs, to support them with a variety of admin tasks. This exciting role does have a lot of scope to grow within the team and organisation as a whole.

Sound interesting?... Daily duties include:

  • Raising Purchase Orders for ongoing projects, such as agency payments and fees.
  • Processing Payments and ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Tracking Event Documents and filing them, accordingly, flagging any issues.
  • Generating and Approving Contracts, following up on pending approvals.
  • Chasing Pending Paperwork and Expenses to ensure smooth operations.
  • Building Relationships with agencies and assisting with upcoming events.
  • Organising Team Meetings and managing calendars for optimal efficiency.

  • Highly Organszed: With a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proactive and Adaptable: Ready to tackle new tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and Approachable: Able to build strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Experienced in Admin: With a solid understanding of office systems and processes (CRM systems a plus).
  • Flexible and Willing to Learn: Open to taking on new challenges as the team grows.
