This is an excellent opportunity for a part-time payroll administrator to join a chartered accountancy practice based in Kingston. They are a multi-partner firm who service a large number of clients locally, and across the wider country.

As a payroll administrator you will be responsible for: 

  • To take responsibility for quality and accuracy of payroll work
  • To process payrolls in accordance with Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Payroll cut off schedule
  • Ensuring payroll checklists are completed and signed off
  • Processing HMRC tax code amendments prior to payroll processing
  • Dealing with queries from HMRC
  • Processing and uploading pension submissions
  • Managing a portfolio of payrolls, including liaising with the clients and handling their queries
Requirements

You must have prior experience in a UK based accountancy practice, or payroll bureau, and be willing to commute into central Kingston.
