An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Officer with experience in management and home care to join a reputable provider of home care services, offering excellent benefits.

As a Compliance Officer, you will work closely with the Registered Manager and the Duty Manager to drive exceptional quality assurance, compliance, and training throughout the organisation. This role offers work from home for up to 3 days each month.

What we are looking for:

  • Conduct client care and risk assessments with senior care staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Perform QA reviews, implement adjustments, and identify training needs.
  • Spot-check care workers and address any issues.
  • Collaborate on CQC compliance and contribute to inspections.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in management and home care.
  • Understanding of CQC requirements and home care practices.
  • Background in mentoring and training staff.
  • Strong office and IT skills.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
