Client Advisor/ Senior Client Advisor High Net Worth Insurance

Based in Kingston upon Thames area. Salary: c £50, 000 per annum (negotiable)

Fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced HNW broking team for a well-established insurance broker. You will be responsible for managing an extensive book of business providing bespoke solutions to a broad spectrum of personal lines clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing a large portfolio of cross-class HNW business
  • Working efficiently on achieving targets for retention, new business, and cross selling
  • Dealing with general enquiries from clients, including new business, mid -term renewals and retention, always providing the best customer service
  • Managing policy renewals effectively and with accuracy
  • Drafting professional reports and request key information from clients
  • Providing support to other team members and assist in training newer team members
  • Provide a positive client experience through careful and tailored communication

Person Specification:

  • A technically strong understanding of Personal Lines products in the High-Net-Worth Market
  • Previous experience looking after a book of High-Net-Worth clients
  • Cert CII qualified as a minimum and a desire to continue to study towards a Diploma
  • Confident in building effective relationships with your clients, the team and the wider company.
  • Agile and intuitive thinking; an ability to make decisions quickly and confidently
  • Effective organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Solid workload management skills
  • Effective, confident & considerate communication and an ability to adapt your communication style accordingly
  • Able to demonstrate exceptional levels of integrity and discretion at all times
  • Organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Passion, energy and a strong customer service ethos
  • IT confidence and ideally, experience of using the Acturis broking system
