Are you a Junior/Assistant Quantity Surveyor or looking to kickstart your career within a company experiencing an exciting period of growth who work with a range of high-end residential clients in a role offering ongoing training and a platform to progress your career and ultimately become a senior member of the team?
This company has been established for over 20 years and oversees a range of residential refurbishment projects. Steadily growing since their inception, they are looking to expand their expert team and train a Junior Quantity Surveyor to become a key player in their business.
In this role, you would be assisting with various Project Management responsibilities, including client relations, procurement, and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to eventually reach the point where you can grow to become a Senior Quantity Surveyor. This is a primarily office-based role, with occasional travel to South West London with a company car provided.
This role would suit a Junior/Assistant Quantity Surveyor or similar, looking for the opportunity to progress your career through training and eventually become a fully qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The Role:
- Assist with Project Management responsibilities.
- Estimating, Procurement and client relations.
- On the job training, and company progression.
- Mon-Fri, overtime, London-based travel.
- Covering sites around South West London
The Person:
- Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor or similar
- Looking for ongoing training and development
- Commutable to Kingston.
