Senior Quantity Surveyor – Planned Maintenance | £75,000 + Benefits | Kingston (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a senior role with long-term security, flexibility, and the chance to make a real impact?

We’re working with a rapidly expanding property services contractor that has recently secured a 10-year framework agreement for the delivery of planned maintenance works across social housing properties in Kingston. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of growth, offering excellent career progression and a stable pipeline of work.

The Role:

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be a key part of the commercial team, taking ownership of all QS responsibilities across a portfolio of planned maintenance projects. These works include kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, roofing, and external decorations — all within an occupied social housing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full commercial lifecycle from tender through to final account

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, valuations, and cost reporting

  • Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery

  • Support and mentor junior surveyors as the team expands

  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and framework KPIs

About You:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in planned maintenance social housing

  • Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts

  • Ambitious, organised, and ready to take a lead role
