Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency & Lettings
Location: Kingston-upon-Thames
Salary: OTE £40k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Our client is a busy residential Sales and Lettings Agency with a well-known office in Kingston upon Thames, and they are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
The role is exciting and varied: you will be responsible for booking and attending viewings, upselling services, ensuring every opportunity is maximised, canvassing for new business and most importantly delivering a first-class service to the clients.
You will be working closely with the Lettings Manager who will provide invaluable on the job training and an opportunity to progress your career. Â
This is the perfect role for an ambitious salesperson who is looking to build or develop their career in the property sector.
Previous experience in residential lettings or property sales is essential, but our client may look at a candidate with recognisable transferable skills from a similar industry.
The Company: Our client is a leading and long established local independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation in the local area.
Skills required for this Lettings Negotiator (Residential Lettings) role will include:
- Previous selling experience
- Experience of working in the Lettings industry
- Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High level of customer service
- Good telephone manner
- Well, presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Full UK driving license and own car required
