An experienced Lettings Manager is sought for this highly successful independent Estate & Lettings Agency for their thriving offices in the Tolworth area.  This is a chance to join a successful company with a dynamic modern approach, that takes pride in providing a professional residential sales and lettings service within a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

The perfect candidate will currently be working in the estate agency industry in residential lettings and have a comprehensive understanding of lettings processes, as well as the ability to win listings, and valuations.

You will have an excellent personal sales record and live to provide great customer service. Managerial experience is also essential, but the company may consider an aspiring Assistant Manager looking to step up if they have the right experience and attitude!

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, articulate, ambitious, with at least two years’ experience in residential lettings and specifically be capable of winning business opportunities.
