The role involves conducting valuations, reviewing offers and files before they proceed to the admin team, and ensuring landlord satisfaction. The successful candidate will also manage the lettings accounts, including paying landlords and handling deposit returns.Skills and Experience Required:- Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in a similar role within the lettings industry.- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the lettings team effectively.- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail when checking offers and files.- Client Relations: Excellent interpersonal skills to keep landlords happy and address any complaints efficiently.- Knowledge of Lettings Accounts: Proficiency in managing lettings accounts and understanding property management processes.Location:This role is based in the Surbiton office, dedicated solely to lettings, with some interaction with the property management team located in Tolworth.This role is perfect for a seasoned Lettings Manager eager to take on new challenges and contribute to a thriving team.
