Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Real Estate firm, who are looking to recruit a Senior Property Manager to join their team based in the Surrey area. JOB DETAILS

JOB DETAILSThe duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

Oversee a portfolio of upscale BTR properties, making sure all residents, guests, and staff are safe, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, doing routine inspections to uphold high standards, and attending to residents' needs.
To maintain high property standards, oversee on-site property teams, oversee outside contractors, and plan regular and urgent repairs.
Maintain overall operational efficiency and ensure that all services, utilities, and common areas are running smoothly throughout the properties.
Oversee market operations, put business plans into action, make sure projects are delivered on time, record developments, and update stakeholders.
Seek chances to enhance revenue for properties and execute cost-saving methods for maintenance and utilities

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

A minimum of five years' experience in property management, with at least two to three of those years spent in a senior or leadership capacity, and a demonstrated track record in the BTR or residential property sectors
Knowledge of overseeing a portfolio of properties, such as several residential communities or structures
A proven track record of keeping residents happy and effectively resolving conflicts
Demonstrated aptitude for managing teams and outside contractors
